Delivery costs and times depend on your location, how much you buy and how quickly you’d like to receive your order. Generally, we will process your order within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed and dispatched, except:

If it’s a weekend, it won’t be processed until Monday.

We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or Hong Kong Bank Holidays.

Hong Kong:

Please allow about 2-5* working days for all in-stock items. 

Rest of the World:

Please allow about 4-10* working days for all in-stock items.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

The shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order. It will be shown when you check out.

*Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Transit time varies due to different customs regulations, inspection and clearance procedures for different countries. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

Tax?

Also, please be aware that all orders, may be subject to additional duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes imposed by the buyer's country. So if you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

All merchandise(s) must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All original tags and accessories must still be attached.

All returns/exchanges must be applied within 7 days of receipt.

Merchandise may not be returned/exchanged if it has sustained any damage by the customer.

Please note that some SALE merchandises and free gift are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or wrong items:

Full refund of the merchandise(s) and shipping cost in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

OR

We will arrange to re-send new merchandise(s) to you as replacement

Unwanted items:

Customers are responsible for returning merchandise(s) to playlord.com at their own cost. All shipping cost involved is not refundable.

EXCHANGE

We accept only for the exchange of same merchandise(s) (with different color/size) once. We accept only when the merchandise(s) are in stock.

Customers are responsible for returning merchandise(s) to playlord.com at their own cost.

We will arrange to re-send new merchandise(s) to you as replacement.

If the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
