Delivery costs and times depend on your location, how much you buy and how quickly you’d like to receive your order. Generally, we will process your order within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed and dispatched, except:

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
All merchandise(s) must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
All returns/exchanges must be applied within 7 days of receipt.
Merchandise may not be returned/exchanged if it has sustained any damage by the customer.
Please note that some SALE merchandises and free gift are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept only for the exchange of same merchandise(s) (with different color/size) once. We accept only when the merchandise(s) are in stock.

You must contact us before you return any merchandise, a return approval and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) has to be obtained before you send the merchandise(s) back to us.
Please see the following steps:
1. Access the "detail" of your particular order, by signing on your account and go to "HOME > MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY".
2. Select the merchandise(s) that you wish to return by checking the checkbox next to its/their reference code.
3. Add an explanation, in order for the store to understand why the merchandise(s) is to be returned. If you are exchanging, indicate the new size/colour.
4. Once the form is complete, please click the button "Make a RMA slip", and the request is sent to us. We will inform you if we accept the return or not via e-mail. Please don’t ship us any merchandise yet.
5. When the return is accepted, please print the return slip from "HOME > MY ACCOUNT > RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" and put it along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container and send to the following address.

*Please return the item(s) to us within 10 days after a successful RMA is confirmed, else we will not accept the return. In the case of exchange, replacement will be dispatched after arrival of the original merchandise.
*When returning a set item (e.g. "suit (3 piece set)"), please make sure that all the items are included. In the case of a missing piece, we will not accept the return.
*The detail of our suggested courier will be given in email. Be sure to give us the tracking number so that we can keep track of the delivery status.
*C.O.D. delivery is not accepted. The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of shipment.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
* In the event of exchange loss due to exchange rate fluctuations, the exchange loss will not be demanded to be compensated.
* In the event of a credit card refund, depending on each card company's monthly closing date and the processing date, it may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete the refund process.
* PayPal and Alipay refund may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete the refund process.
